Take the panels off
Top cover off
The importer gives owners this much, to reach the two reset buttons. Going further inside (the side panels and the chassis) is dealer work.
- Switch off, unplug and let the machine cool.
- Undo the 4 Phillips screws on top.
- Slide the top cover back.
The cup rail sits on four posts on the top. The importer's manual does not mention moving it; if the cover will not slide, look before forcing anything.
