Espresso and hot water

Hot water from the wand, the manual's way (Hot water).

1. Put a cup under the wand.
2. Switch on the hot-water switch and open the tap slowly.
3. At 100 to 150 ml, close the tap and switch off.
4. Americano: pull a double shot and add the water. Long black: 100 to 120 ml of water first, then the shot on top.

Water first keeps the crema on top. Whole Latte Love's long black is a double over about 120 ml of water.
