The manual's checks: the main switch is on and the machine is plugged in. The 2019 edition adds: are the fuse, the plug and the lead all right?
For anything else, the 2024 manual says switch off, unplug and contact technical support. A damaged lead must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or an authorised electrician.
