Before a long stop

The manual's steps for a period of inactivity.

  1. Switch off and unplug.
  2. Empty the portafilters and wash the parts that touch food.
  3. Empty and wash the tank.
  4. Empty and dry the drip tray.
  5. Cover the machine and keep it somewhere dry, at 1 °C or above.

To bring it back, start again at first start-up.
