Brew pressure: read it, do not adjust it

The right-hand gauge shows the brew pressure while you brew (the manual). Rocket publishes no target figure for the FAST and no way to adjust it.

There is no external OPV (over-pressure valve) to turn (Whole Latte Love).
Rocket's FAST V parts sheets list two expansion valves in the water circuit, rated 9 bar and 11.5 bar. Where each sits and what it limits is not published.
Owners of the older Giotto describe adjusting a valve inside the case. That is not FAST evidence, and it is technician work.
