Do not descale it: why

The manual: "ROCKET does not recommend removing limescale from the espresso machine. Contact an authorised ROCKET centre for descaling."

Its reasons: descalers are aggressive, can cause corrosion inside, and are very hard to rinse out completely. So there is no descaling method here, and you should not run a descaler through it whatever a pack or another machine's guide says.

Prevention is the owner's job: water of the right hardness, a softener bag in the tank, and filtered rather than distilled water. See water and filters. A machine that needs descaling goes to a Rocket centre.
