First read the lamp and display: red flashes or A01 to A05 have their own fixes in the code table. Check it is not in Eco.

With no code, the manual says only: "The machine does not heat: contact the technical assistance." Owners of older Giottos found a tripped safety thermostat, or a failed relay on the control board.
