Two taps, two wands

Rocket's manual says not to attempt repairs yourself: contact an authorised, qualified technician, and any repair must be done by Rocket or an authorised dealer using only original parts. Rocket does not cover damage from unauthorised changes or non-original parts. Treat this as dealer work.

The steam tap (left) and hot-water tap (right) are the same part on Rocket's FAST sheet, each sealed by a Teflon gasket (A469909447) with a spring. The wands swivel on ball joints sealed by an O-ring (A449909451).

No step-by-step rebuild method from Rocket or a retailer was found for these taps, so none is given. A wand that drips with the knob closed is the usual sign the tap's seal is worn.
